Job Description

What will you do?
As our Associate Technical Support Specialist, you are responsible for assisting in solving challenges our consultants and customers face. Sometimes this will be focused around debugging an issue. Other times this will focus around automating or documenting flows so others can fix the problem themselves.
We will support your growth by providing you with training about our product, the ServiceNow platform and (if needed) Javascript. Furthermore, you will work in a diverse team of highly qualified Software Engineers (Android, iOS and ServiceNow), Quality Engineers, UI designers and a Product Manager that can help you come up with the right solutions.
Scope of your work
- Help debug and resolve issues reported by the implementation teams and clients.
- Keep track of the current backlog of issues reported and update the teams accordingly.
- Propose and implement (technical) solutions to make the implementation teams more independent such as automated checks, documentation and trainings.
We ask
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree equivalent to Dutch higher education or above
- 0 – 3 years of experience in providing product support or similar customer-facing roles
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Coding or scripting experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn new technical and soft skills
- Fluent in English
- Available for at least 32 hours a week
